Scholarships

Merit-Based - Each school awards merit-based scholarships based on a student's unweighted GPA. 

One-time only Scholarships - Are only available for the year the student applies and is awarded. It does not carry over to the next school year. 

Renewable Scholarships - Are awarded to students who apply and maintain a grade of "C" or better and do not incur any disciplinary school actions. Each scholarship will list the needed requirements to maintain the scholarship. The scholarship will renew each year the student is in school.

Agua Fria High School Scholarships - AFHS is fortunate to have community partners that provide scholarships to the Avondale/Goddyear school district and AFHS students only. These scholarships are available to apply for in early January through April.
